Adhering to the program of the Municipality of Bologna for the qualification of the structured urban territory, implementing the guidelines of the Municipal Structural Plan, the proponents private owners of an area with related properties having the characteristics indicated in the public notice issued by the Municipality and located in one of the areas identified, intends to express its interest in the inclusion of its area in the specific variant of the Municipal Operational Plan. The area is located in the first outskirts east of the urban center of Bologna, in a stretch of territory between the railway and via Enrico Mattei on the San Vitale route. The area of about 13,000 square meters has a trapezoidal shape, spread over the front of Via Edoardo Collamarini for about 130 meters and deep towards the northern border with the Bologna-Portomaggiore railway, for about 85 m.The project planning of the proposal is to transform the existing volume and cost from about 40,000.00 cubic meters that currently develops into four buildings distributed on the property lot in a different building organization that, in compliance with the objectives set by the program for urban qualification, occupies the smaller area of the area with a vertical development.
