The project was commissioned to meet the needs of a family unit that required two residential units.From the demolition of an old existing building, the volume was obtained to build the two units that make up the semi-detached villa. The architectural cut of the clean lines underlines the contemporaneity of the project that integrates with the territory, the large windows that overlook the terraces and the garden allow users to live in harmony with the hilly area where the building is located
