HISTORIC VILLA IN FRONT OF COUNTRYSIDE

The villa dates back to the early 1700 ‘s, the classic system of Bologna with the villas of passing entrance hall on the ground floor place the axis along tree-lined Avenue linking access to the back garden where the swimming pool and gazebo.
The intervention involved almost all facilities of the villa with the replacement of floors and stairs, entering the elevator and re-roofing.
The interior spaces were reallocated on the basis of new needs but respecting the original type and thus the maintenance of passing entrance on the ground floor and first floor loggia above.
With the intervention were placed in important work in stone and marble fireplaces, both on the ground floor, is in the first floor loggia is in the attic.
The choice of materials has planned for the paving, scabos pink, properly treated, which gives the interiors a classic flavor and pleasantly cosy ground floor, while the large oak and with differentiated lengths on the first floor, fit the sleeping area to which this level is used, in the attic were used for paving bricks placed in craft work with Lam.
The ceilings of the rooms on the ground floor and first floor loggia were expertly painted by the artist Ubaldo Della Volpe.
